What happens
Two conversations, in order.

We call you.
A fifteen-minute call. We ask about symptoms, history, medication and what you want to be able to do. No clinical advice is given on this call, and nothing is charged for on it.

A physician reviews your answers.
Your responses go to one of our physicians, who decides which measurements are actually worth taking in your case. Some people need three tests. Some need one. Some need none yet.
- 03
We book what the physician recommends.
Only then do we schedule anything, and you know the price before it is scheduled.
This is two conversations rather than one. It is slower on purpose — it is the difference between a recommendation and a guess.
