ONE.HEALTH — Physician-Led IV Therapy & Longevity Clinic, Nicosia, Cyprus
Version 1.0 · Effective 2026
These Terms govern your use of the ONE.HEALTH website and your booking and receipt of services at ONE.HEALTH ("the Clinic", "we", "us", "our"). By booking an appointment or receiving any service from us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
ONE.HEALTH provides physician-supervised intravenous (IV) micronutrient and hydration therapy, VO₂ Max performance testing, online health consultations, and longevity planning programmes. All clinical services are supervised by a qualified physician licensed to practice in Cyprus.
Our services are wellness services and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or the advice of your own doctor. If you have a medical condition, consult your physician before using our services.
2. Eligibility
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Not be pregnant (IV therapy is not offered to pregnant individuals at ONE.HEALTH).
- Not have a condition that our clinical team determines makes you unsuitable for the requested service.
- Disclose all relevant medical history, current medications, allergies, and conditions at booking and on arrival.
We reserve the right to decline any service where our supervising physician judges it unsafe or inappropriate.
3. Health Disclosure Obligation
You are required to disclose, fully and accurately:
- Known allergies (vitamins, minerals, medications, or any substances)
- Current medications, including supplements, anticoagulants, and OTC drugs
- Relevant medical history (cardiac, renal, hepatic, prior adverse IV reactions)
- Any change in your health since your last visit
ONE.HEALTH does not accept liability for adverse outcomes resulting from your failure to disclose material health information.
4. Clinical Assessment
Every enquiry begins with a brief telephone assessment call with our clinical team. The purpose of the call is to understand your goals, gather relevant health information, and identify any factors that require physician review. The supervising physician then reviews your details and determines whether you may proceed to a personalized plan call or whether a further clinical conversation is required. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue treatment at any point.
5. Pre-Consultation and Plan Review
If the physician review flags any health considerations, you will be invited to an online pre-consultation with Dr. Demetra Kyprianou before your first appointment. This is a targeted clinical screening for the specific service requested, not a full medical consultation.
If your enquiry is clear, you will receive a personalized plan call with our team to confirm the most suitable service and schedule. In either path, a booking is only made once the physician has signed off on your suitability.
6. Booking
Appointments are booked through our Microsoft Bookings calendar only after physician sign-off. Bookings are confirmed by email and subject to availability. We may reschedule due to staff or operational reasons, offering an alternative or full refund.
7. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Standard cancellation: minimum 24 hours' notice — no charge, deposit refunded or transferred.
Late cancellation: under 24 hours — deposit may be forfeit.
No-shows: deposit forfeit. Repeated no-shows may require full pre-payment for future bookings.
Exceptional circumstances: genuine emergencies considered case-by-case.
8. Pricing and Payment
Prices are in Euros (EUR) inclusive of any applicable VAT. The price applicable to your booking is the price confirmed at the time of booking. We accept credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. Package and programme terms are confirmed in a separate written agreement.
9. Refunds
Refunds are issued when:
- You cancel with 24+ hours' notice (within 7 business days).
- We cancel or reschedule without adequate notice.
- Our clinical team declines treatment for safety reasons (a consultation fee may apply).
Refunds are not issued for: late cancellations, no-shows, services delivered, or subjective dissatisfaction with results.
10. Medical Disclaimer
ONE.HEALTH provides wellness services, not medical treatment for diagnosed conditions. Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Results vary and are not guaranteed. Inform your own doctor if you are receiving IV therapy, particularly with ongoing medical conditions.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service.
- We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage.
- We exclude liability for adverse outcomes from undisclosed health information.
- We exclude liability for circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Cypriot law.
12. Your Conduct
- Follow reasonable instructions from clinical and administrative staff.
- Arrive on time — late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling.
- Treat staff and other clients with respect.
- Do not attend the Clinic with symptoms of acute infectious illness.
13. Intellectual Property
All website content, protocol descriptions, brand materials, and the ONE.HEALTH name and logo are our intellectual property or used with permission. No reproduction or commercial use without prior written consent.
