Cardiovascular rehabilitation

Structured, supervised, progressive. Among the best-evidenced interventions in this clinic.

Programme of scheduled sessions
A treatment suite with a reclining chair, equipment trolley and daylight from a side window.

What it is

Supervised exercise rehabilitation for people with established cardiovascular disease or after a cardiac event, delivered with monitoring and progressed to defined targets.

Intensities are set from your own exercise test rather than from an age-predicted maximum, and reviewed as capacity changes.

This programme is delivered in coordination with your treating cardiologist. We do not replace that relationship.
